Fog Control v 1.2

Mod for controlling fog in the game.

You can configure the following parameters:
– the density of ground fog
– High fog density
– Covering the fog
– The height of the lower fog
– High tuman height

Version 1.2:
* The script was rewritten from zero (approximately 70%)
* There is no longer a slider of turning on and off the fog to turn off the fog twist the values ​​of the underlying and top fog in 0
* Depending on the weather and season removed. (it worked wrong)
* Added settings for the height of the lower and riding fog
