Fixed multiple Giants Software related 3d model problems including:
– Fixed joystick decal position, missing buttons and emissive texture
– Fixed missing silders on in cabin monitor
– Added functional clock in cab
– Added missing reflectors present on real world vehicle
– New shop options based on real world vehicle
– New custom paint job and roof flag based on real world vehicle
– Added engine, missing on GIANTS 3d model
– Fixed decal “bleed” seen on original GIANTS 3d model
– Improved quality of decals and textures

– Tidy up of xml, textures fully remapped to separate folder
– Removed leftover GIANTS assets from i3d and remapped to xml
