This mod is an improved and expanded version of the FS22 Extended Owned Items.
With it, the selling price of your owned vehicles and equipment changes dynamically, making sales more realistic.

What’s changed compared to FS22?
1. Base price introduced – the selling price does not always increase or decrease; sometimes, it remains unchanged.
2. Time restriction – prices change only between 08:00 and 18:00.
3. Notification system – if a vehicle or equipment’s selling price increases by more than 20%, a notification will alert you that it might be a good time to sell.

How does it work?
The selling price can be base, profitable, or loss-making.
Loss: Can range from -2% to -25%.
Profit: Can range from +2% to +25%.
Prices refresh hourly within the specified time frame.

Compatible with the Real Vehicle Breakdowns mod.
Keep an eye on the prices and sell at the right moment.

This mod uses a simple LUA script with adjustable modifiers that can increase/decrease the bales mass, and dynamic & static friction.

Default values are:
– FIXED_WEIGHT_MULTIPLIER = 1.75
– STATIC_FRICTION_MULTIPLIER = 2.0
– DYNAMIC_FRICTION_MULTIPLIER = 1.2

New presets built specifically for an experience as realistic as possible as always to be able to take advantage of the preset you have to extract the downloaded file from the .rar file and release it in the game folder X64 then the connection for the folder.

With this mod, you can sow rice using regular seeders and harvest it with regular combines — significantly expanding your gameplay options. In the base game, rice harvesting requires specialized combines and can only be planted on flooded rice fields, which limits your equipment choices and complicates the process. This mod removes those restrictions, allowing you to use your familiar machinery and making rice farming more flexible, varied, and enjoyable.

Features:
– Rice can be sown on any field using regular seeders — no need for rice fields;
– Rice harvesting is supported by all regular combines;
– Alternative method supported: mow rice using mowers , then thresh it with the combine harvester — this grants a +25% yield bonus;
– Straw can be collected after harvest, increasing crop profitability.

Not all crops require rolling after sowing. Maize (corn), sunflower, cotton, sorghum, poplar and oilseed radish do not need rolling.
The list of crops can be adjusted directly in the Lua script if needed.
