This is a little addon that changes the way fill types and fruit types are loaded. Normally, xml files from the game install folders load first, then the map information is loaded and added to those existing entries.

This allows map makers to make their map configurations the base configuration, bypassing the game install files altogether. This allows for more flexibility and control when setting up map types, and also resolves some issues that can come from appending to existing entries.

Activating is as simple as copying the xml file(s) you want to use as the new base into your map, and use the thDefaultTypes key in your map.xml file. Examples are included in the sdk folder of this mod.

When overriding the base game xml file(s) inside of a map, make sure you copy and edit the full xml(s) file in question. Anything not included in the map will not load otherwise, because the vanilla config is being bypassed.

Note: This also addresses the fruit type double registration issue when trying to change vanilla fruit/fill type values. Double registrations will show a warning and try to self correct if this mod is enabled.

This automatically modifies the actual base game trailers, and will be applied to any new or existing trailers on your farm.
Please see the included read-me file for instructions on adding to your own mod trailers or pallets.

Version 0.3:
* Hopefully resolves #69 – IMPROVED MP SYNC
* There is quite a high probability that something is broken now
* Big change to the order of events when vehicles are loaded
* New configurations are written to settings (or sent to the server in MP) when clicking “YES” on the buy/lease/edit dialog
* Hopefully this means that the server now gets the settings before creating the vehicle

Features:


  • Loads any compatible pallet/container types (see list below)
  • Loads lumber to any supported forestry vehicles
  • Installed automatically on any compatible trailers (see list below)
  • Load and Unload by selected material or container type
  • Can also restrict loading to full pallets only
  • Select ‘ALL’ to load mixed types in sequence
  • Mixed pallets are loaded in size order for best packing efficiency
  • Can interact with trailers when a player is on foot (even when not attached to a vehicle)

Special Features for ‘KRONE Trailer Profi Liner’


  • Load/Unload is only available on the side the curtain is open
  • Rear loading directly from forklift
  • The rear door and curtain can be opened and closed by a player on foot

Click to Switch – Just click on a vehicle to enter it.
Simply click on the target vehicle with the mouse and enter it, instead of cycling through each vehicle.

Default key bindings:

Switching the mouse cursor on/off:
– Right mouse click

Entering a vehicle:
– Left mouse click

Additional keybinds if you use click to switch without Courseplay:

Changes between using the mouse cursor on/off keybinding and the alternative keybinding:
– Right ctrl + C

Alternative keybinding for turning the mouse on/off:
– Left ctrl + C

Camera Hotkeys v 1.0.0.1

This script adds hotkeys for the camera positions “Left”, “Right” and “Back” to all vehicles in the game.
This makes it possible to quickly look in the corresponding direction even without headtracking.

The following key assignments are used:
– Alt + Arrow key left: Camera to the left
– Alt + Arrow key right: Camera to the right
– Alt + Arrow key down: Camera to the back
– Ctrl + Alt + Arrow key left: Camera outside front left
– Ctrl + Alt + Arrow key right: Camera outside front right
– Ctrl + Alt + Arrow key down: Permanently switch camera to look back until the key is pressed again

The camera hotkeys work in both the interior and exterior views.
The only exception are the cameras outside front left and right, which only work in the exterior view.

Version 1.0.0.1:
* Fixed errors when using the Ingame AI Helper
* Hotkeys are now disabled when the AI Helper is active
