With this mod you can measure the distances between a fixed point (which you set with Alt + right click) and your current location.
The unit can be switched between meters and feet with a mouse wheel click when the measurement is active.
ALT + right mouse button = start/end measurement
Mouse wheel click = meter or foot (active measurement)
