Pressed Stubble v 2.0

Two versions Pressed Stubble: for silage and for grain.

In the folders you have a file maize.xml which you have to throw into data/foliage/maize, respectively:
– maizeGreen (for silage)
– maizeYellow (for grain)

Version 2.0:
* Now you have a lot more of them
