These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fs25.eu (the “Website”), a platform for downloading modifications (“Mods”) for the Farming Simulator game series. By submitting a Mod, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to distribute the Mod. fs25.eu does not claim ownership of the Mods, but you grant fs25.eu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display your Mod on the Website.

If no specific license is provided, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mod for personal, non-commercial use within the Farming Simulator game.
• Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sell, or modify Mods downloaded from fs25.eu without the express written permission of the Mod creator.
• Compatibility: fs25.eu does not guarantee the compatibility of any Mod with any specific version of Farming Simulator or with other Mods. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before installing a Mod.
• Malicious Code: While fs25.eu strives to provide safe and secure Mods, we cannot guarantee the absence of malicious code or other harmful content. Download and use Mods at your own risk. fs25.eu does not scan or actively check submitted Mods for malicious content.
